Hope Myers-Ossenkop is the Head Choir Director at Ranchview High School. She is originally from the DFW area, and graduated from the University of Houston’s Moores School of Music in 2018 with a degree in Vocal Music Education. She began her teaching career as a sole choir director at Victory Lakes Intermediate School in Clear Creek ISD, south of Houston. Hope's choirs consistently earn Superior ratings at contest, and set school records for contests such as All-Region and UIL. Mrs. Myers-Ossenkop has enjoyed numerous performative experiences in college and beyond, including singing at state, national, and international conventions and competitions. She also performed with the professional choir, Cantare, while living in Houston. She currently is a staff singer at White's Chapel Methodist Church in Southlake, Texas.
When not at work, Mrs. Myers-Ossenkop enjoys spending time with her husband, Jordy, her dog, Winnie, her two cats, Todd and Cat Stanley (Stanley for short) and tending her many, many plants. She also enjoys cooking, true crime podcasts, video games, traveling and (of course) listening to music. 972-968-5062 (office) [email protected] |
